Three Generations, One Mission
When Steven Chucta Sr. started S.H. Chucta Company in 1977, he had one goal: provide Connecticut homeowners with reliable, honest well water service. Nearly five decades later, that mission hasn't changed.
Today, his son Stephen Jr. continues that legacy, personally overseeing every job to make sure it's done right. Our customers aren't account numbers to us — many are neighbors we've known for decades and whose parents we also served.
We built this company one satisfied customer at a time. Word-of- mouth referrals have been our primary growth engine — because when we do good work at a fair price, people tell their friends.

Steven Chucta Sr. started the company with a
single truck and a commitment to honest, quality
well water service in the Seymour, CT area.
Growing demand from satisfied customers led to
expanding the fleet and hiring additional certified
technicians to serve more towns.
Stephen Chucta Jr. joins the family business,
bringing new energy and technical expertise while
preserving the values that built the company.
Expanded services to include comprehensive
water testing, filtration systems, and water
conditioning to offer complete well water solutions.
A milestone celebrating 25,000 well water service
calls across Connecticut — a testament to the trust
of homeowners throughout the region.
